ForecourtIQ connects to a dealership's existing CCTV to detect when a person is present on the forecourt and trigger an alert. It is designed to recognise human presence to prompt a timely greeting — it does not store biometric data such as facial-recognition profiles of the people detected. Dealerships remain responsible for their own CCTV systems, signage and obligations as data controllers under UK GDPR.
Where UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and growing our business, and the need to take steps at your request before entering into a contract — depending on the situation.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, form, email and hosting providers), and where required by law. These providers only process your data on our instructions.
