The terms that govern your use of our website and service.

These terms govern your use of the ForecourtIQ website and any information or services provided through it. By using our website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
ForecourtIQ provides AI-powered walk-in detection for car dealerships. You can contact us at hello@forecourtiq.co.uk.
Booking a demo or sending an enquiry does not create a contract for the supply of services. Any provision of the ForecourtIQ service is subject to a separate written agreement and the applicable commercial terms, including any setup fees that apply where existing CCTV is not compatible.
The ForecourtIQ name, logo, website content and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.
ForecourtIQ is designed to help dealerships detect walk-in customers and prompt timely engagement using existing CCTV. While we work hard to make detection accurate and reliable, no detection system is perfect, and the service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Dealerships remain responsible for their own CCTV, signage and data-protection obligations.
The website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Our website may link to third-party sites or rely on third-party tools (such as form, email or video providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its "last updated" date, is the one that applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your local law requires otherwise.
